  • Bank account details (Hosts only for payouts)

1.2 Booking & Usage Information

  • Event bookings and payment status
  • Dietary preferences and allergies (optional)
  • Guest reviews
  • Host experience listings
  • Messages exchanged within the Platform

1.3 Technical & Device Information

  • IP address
  • Device ID
  • Browser type
  • Operating system
  • App version
  • Usage logs

1.4 Location Information

  • Approximate location via IP address
  • Event venue details (shared with Guests after booking)

1.5 Uploaded Content

  • Photos, menus, descriptions uploaded by Hosts
  • Profile pictures

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Create and manage your account
  • Facilitate bookings and secure payments through Razorpay
  • Verify Host identity and process payouts
  • Communicate important updates and confirmations
  • Provide customer support and resolve issues
  • Improve platform security, fraud detection, and internal analytics
  • Send marketing messages only if you opt in
  • Comply with legal and regulatory requirements

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Sharing of Information

3.1 With Hosts

Guests' limited information is shared with Hosts after booking:

  • First name
  • Dietary preferences/allergies
  • Booking details

3.2 With Guests

Hosts' information shared with Guests:

  • Host name
  • Event location (24 hours prior)
  • Event instructions

3.3 With Service Providers

We share relevant data with:

  • Razorpay (payment gateway)
  • SMS/email providers
  • Hosting and cloud providers
  • Customer support tools

3.4 With Legal Authorities

We may disclose information when required to:

  • Comply with the law
  • Protect user safety
  • Respond to legal requests

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures such as:

Despite our efforts, no digital system is 100% secure. Users are advised to protect their passwords.

  • Host KYC data: while Host is active

Upon account deletion request, certain data may still be retained for legal and audit requirements.

7. Children's Privacy

Users under 18 must use the Platform under parental or guardian supervision. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
